In the rare case that you are not satisfied by the product you bought or your product arrives damaged, following is our return policy:
Some products are eligible for return and some are for final sale to maintain fairness to our artisans and artists.
It will be clearly mentioned on your product description view.
- Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Mention the details of your order and drop us an email at info@lokalart.com with the reason for return.
- Before returning the product, make sure that the product is not damaged.
- In the rarest of the rare event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 36 hours of receiving your order.
- Shipping charges for International sales on returnable products will not be refunded.
- Lokalart.com cannot be held responsible in any case of Taxes, Customs and Duties collected by destination of goods arriving country.
- You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.
